Our pricing depends on several factors including property category, architectural style, building height, and the services required. We offer complimentary, obligation-free estimates. Business premises and taller structures (3+ floors) may necessitate elevated platform access which can affect pricing.

How long does the work take?
Standard domestic properties typically require 1–2 hours, whilst larger premises or those with substantial accumulation may need additional time. We'll give you an accurate estimate when we quote.
Must I be home during the visit?
Your presence is helpful but not essential. We can work around your commitments. However, we do require property access and may need to discuss any discoveries made during the process.
What if damage is discovered?
We'll notify you straight away and provide a repair quotation. Minor issues can often be resolved during the same appointment, saving you time and a second visit.
Do you handle fascias and soffits?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments, bank transfers, and other pre-arranged payment methods. Settlement is normally expected upon work completion — you pay only when you're happy with the result.

What if I'm unhappy with the work?
Our workmanship carries a 30-day guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to resolve any issues without additional charge.
Can you work in bad weather?
We operate in most weather conditions, though severe rain, strong winds, or icy surfaces may require postponement for safety purposes. We'll always contact you well in advance if rescheduling is needed.

We can offer approximate estimates by phone, but for precise pricing we recommend submitting an enquiry through our website or calling to arrange a visit. All quotes are free and come with no obligation.
